Description

Water Source protection is one of key aspects in Kosovo and everywhere in the world, concerning latest climate changes, and water demand as well. Seeing from the flood occurred on 2018 at Pusi i Atit wellfield, students including professors approached this problem in order to see possibilities for source protection, not only from floods, but as well from contaminants. Near wellfield is located a stream, actually collecting sewer from the upper part of village and also as a drainage collector. In order to protect the source and inhabitants, samples from the water source has been taken as well from the stream, for chemical and bacteriological analysis, the results will be presented on the paper, including possible protective measures, and stream regulation.
