Description
The procedure for approving the conceptual design and building permit is a permanent in evolution process that continues to advance throughout technology application and brings advancements both in terms of time and in terms of saving human resources. Accelerating the conceptual design and construction permit approval procedures even today is the challenge of any institution that faces this issue, especially municipal authorities. This paper presents a legal method of speeding up the procedures for the approval of conceptual design and construction permits by implementing technology as facilitator of entire process, which the Municipality of Prishtina is the only municipality in the Republic of Kosovo that implements this system, and will present the impact of this system in saving time and finance and finally comparing this system with the system of procedures with countries in the region.
