Cloud Computing has taken interest of computing in last couple of decades. We will focus on Infrastructure as a Service layer of Cloud computing . As cloud computing works on distributed structure it also use distributed file system like hadoop . in distributed file system tasks are performed in parallel fashion . in cloud computing Failures are norm not exceptions. also files can be created dynamically or deleted dynamically . these changes in numbers and positions of file can lead to load imbalance. In this paper we are going to present a distributed load rebalancing algorithm .That algorithm is an effort to eliminate load imbalance problem . It dynamically maximizing the cloud utility Under CPU and memory constraints.
