Description

Cham dance is the most representative dance of the Arvan tribe (Arvanites of Greece), an autochthonous Albanian dance which has aroused interest from foreign scholars of cultural heritage.

In this work we will be able to follow: historical aspects, means of expression, ways of interpretation, musical elements, characteristics of Cham dance, folk costumes, the dance of Osman Toka.
