Description

This study examined employees’ level of job satisfaction and the impact it has on employee performance. The study was distributed to 72 employees based on a simple random sampling technique. The quantitative research findings revealed that when employees are satisfied with their jobs they will be more committed to their employer and will be more productive considering their satisfaction with their job. However, the findings indicate that satisfied workforce is not the sole indicator or a guarantee to have a high level of work performance. There are other factors like organizational values, work schedule, pay & benefits, company stability & credibility that should be present in order to achieve a high level of work performance.
