Description

This paper deals with the information management process of the digital transformation of a hospital based on the integration of advanced technologies. The orientation of this transformation is patient healthcare and inter-institutional data protection by raising the level of security measures through Block chain technology. The purpose of this work is to take preventive measures of information security and cyber security violations. The transformational adaptation model fills the institution's neglectful gaps in the delivery of health care and patient information through the electronic book. In addition, it advances technological development that adapts the intelligence approach to the infrastructure of medical care in the use of technological software. Technology enables new education for the parties involved in hospital communication, real-time monitoring with detailed patient and staff data. It eliminates the uncontrolled ranking of management - medical care and waiting for patients according to the program regulatory infrastructure. In this paper, comparative case studies from different hospitals in European countries that have adopted innovative digital technologies are presented. These case studies provide a clear picture of good managerial practices and create practical opportunities for significant improvements in hospital operations and patient care. The findings of this paper suggest that, despite the negligent staffing problems, the initial challenge is investment in digital transformation and successful implementation.
