Description

Tourism as an economic science plays a very important role in the economic development of a country. During the stages of tourism development, we can present some of the strategies that are used in the sustainable development of business and management of tourism companies. Strategies for company management, strategies for sustainable development, pricing strategies, also within the scientific paper we will present the methods for improving the sustainable development of tourist companies. The SWOT analysis will present the strong and weak sides, where through the analysis we will be able to avoid mistakes and strengthen the good sides or positions for the excitement of the tourist companies which will then offer complete offers of different tourist destinations. Strategies for sustainable business are the key points of the success of a tourism company. We will also present concrete strategies to improve the current situation regarding the development of tourism in North Macedonia.
