Description
This study aims to give a clear overview of the innovative evaluation of the performance of human resources in a company. The study aim to describe the nature of regulation and differential employment in a field that contributes to a wide variety of disciplines. A skilled, supervised, and motivated staff is a prerequisite for the development and proper functioning of the company's activity. Two of the main functions of human resources are the attraction and retention of high-capacity professionals, as well as the culture they promote in the company because it affects the workplace. Innovative developments are a very fast trend, and in order to keep up with all the collective, human relations and innovative demands, it is required from human resources to use the most successful methods for development and services. The study was focused in Republic of Kosovo, to evaluate the correlation between HR practices and people needs in workplace. Based on our research the impact of AI is significant in daily business and employees are using more and more this tool.
