“ Identifying and emphasizing the importance of recruiting in Public and Private sector is the main task of this paper, nevertheless analyzing the most important components of recruiting is done, via literature review and field research, construction is done in such a form that it includes practical and theoretical observations of current recruiting methodologies in Republic of Kosovo and their drawbacks. This paper also provides best practices of developed countries regarding recruiting and their possible implementation in Republic of Kosovo in order to excel current productivity in all financial and industrial sectors.”
