Session
Architecture and Spatial Planning
Description
While working out the concept of the university development and examining the connections between the existing university facilities and the surrounding public spaces, we have come to our goal: the formulation of a new building for the Faculty of Business and Economics and the introduction of the concept of the Eastern Campus to the university public.
The analyses carried out consider the components of the present state in this area of Pécs after the European Capital of Culture Program was closed and the life of the city and the university has returned to the normal operation. Naturally, the elements completed during the ECOC Program are integrated and continue to operate. The building of the new University Business Center has been placed and formulated analysing this situation as a starting point.
