Today's technology is the foundation from which every business is beginning to build, where the mode of operation in the market approaches it and the provision of any kind of service is closely related to the resources pertaining to the field of technology. Businesses to function in the best possible way have already begun to implement the latest technologies in order to be in step with the time and competition that is growing every day, so the implementation of technology has already become very necessary for the business to survive nowadays. For all organizations the key importance of their human resources is that they would normally not be able to operate in the market without being able to offer their products or services which are closely related to the staff involved in the organization that are the basis for creating all the activities that are being carried out in the organization. Nowadays, there has been an impact of information technology to provide a better management of human resources for the organization, which will help the organization to achieve its goals strategic and long-term plans but at the same time not ignoring the needs and requirements of the staff which of course has a significant contribution to achieving the objectives of the organization. Based on some researches and materials reviewed we will explain the impact of information technology on human resource management and the importance of this impact on organizations.
