Description

The main objective of this paper is to provide definitions and real events in order that the citizens of the country will become aware of the limit of privacy in social networks. Since the protection of data while using the internet and social networks is very important, this paper will analyze privacy violations through social networks, always based on concrete cases. The main focus will be on awareness of psychological impairment to persons who are vulnerable to privacy, as well as will be mentioned the laws that regulate the issue of privacy in Kosovo. Taking into a concideration this elements, through this paper will be given recommendations on the protection of personal data and their legal treatment, as well as the conclusions will be presented through handling of specific cases and opinions generated by the research of the private sphere.
