Labor Market, Changes and Development
Session
Management, Business and Economics
Description
Shifting from one economic system to another would of course bring about new changes and challenges in a country’s perspective of life. Market changes will also be underway and soon emerge, and among them the labor market. The observed problems are the structural changes and emergence of unemployment rise. Over the years the economy has progressed but the problems remained. The challenges weren’t just the structural differences added to cyclical problems. Problems started to emerge with demographics, education and the new recruits employed. All of these changes occurring from year to year often involve switching the study from the labor market to unemployment as a problem and phenomenon closely related to the market. Along the theme these issues will be addressed as well as the relationships between generations highlighting the new generation.
