A business plan is a written summary of a proposed activity by an entrepreneur which depending on the entrepreneurs’ needs and goals these proposed activities can be longterm or shortterm. A business plan is much more than an academical exercise, it is a document that foresses the future of the company. Management is the process of planning ,controlling and supervising of the activities in the company. On the pages below , will be presented some ideas regarding employee management and incentives to motivate them achieve highest level of their performance at work. Performance appraisal provides the basic information that serves for all the other important activities of HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT as a selection, appraisal and motivation, planning continually and employee formation. First and foremost to write this thesis a literature review was done, in order to better understand different opinions and conclusions from experts on the management field. Statistical Institute of Kosovo publishes yearly documents that are related to employees and their experience at their work place, and which were a strong base for me to do some statistical analysis related to the thesis topic. A questionnaire was prepared after the literature review with the questions that were related to employee performance in the companies operating in Kosovos’ market , whereas based on the interviews with the employees working for these companies/businesses in Kosovo , were gathered data regarding the methods, planning, motivation, employee performance appraisal.
