The role and importance of motivation and empowerment employees in the success of the enterprise

Session

Management, Business and Economics

Description

Motivation of employee staff is seen as an important factor influencing the success of the enterprise. Relation between motivation of employees and performance seems to be quite clear, but the relationship between this two is in fact much more complex. Managers need to find creative ways to keep their employees motivated as much as is possible. The absence of sound relations between employee staff impacts the lack of motivation and makes them passive, more reluctant to avoid giving the maximum of themselves to performance at work and resulting in non-success of the enterprise. Creating a suitable environment in the workplace is very important for the success of the enterprise. Empowerment is considered as a new management style that can increase efficiency and effectiveness in enterprise as well as employee productivity. Empowerment creates a feeling of autonomy for employees, which increases their job satisfaction, makes them more comfortable and feeling better at work, because it increases the sense of trust and value. The purpose of this paper is to show the role and importance of motivation and empowerment employees in the success of enterprises in Kosovo. In this paper has been used quantitative analysis (through questionnaires was done data collection), also was used theoretical and scientific literature, papers works by national and international scientific conferences and journals.
