Description
The Chamber of Dentists of Kosovo (hereinafter: the Chamber) was established in the year 2014. The Chamber is an independent structural organization of doctors of dentistry in the territory of the Republic of Kosovo with the rights of a juridical person and with public authority. It was established in order to protect the rights and interests of doctors of dentistry and to look after and promote the profession of doctors of dentistry. The Chamber represents its members at home and abroad. At the same time, the Chamber, on the basis of its competencies, carries out a number of tasks described in the Law on Health Care, the Law on Dental Activity and the Status of the Chamber of Doctors of Dentistry, of which the most important are public competences such as: registry of the number of doctors' doctors, issuing, renewal and obtaining of work licenses for individual work, professional control and supervision, and pricing of dental services. Given the importance of the Kosovo Dentists Chamber, this paper aims to address the Chamber's goals regarding:
- Protecting the rights and interests of dentists and technicians in the process of care and professional advancement;

- Continuous education of dentists and dental technicians;
