This research was done with a group of multicultural students who were attending their studies in Turkey. The aim of the research is to evaluate the benefits of Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy in working with multicultural student’s groups. The research data are based on the therapeutic process, which has done ten psychotherapeutic sessions by applying Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy, where the methods and techniques that are used, are such as: the concept of positum, the principle of hope, balance model, stories and treatment was made according to five phases of treatment. The participants of group therapy are six females from different national backgrounds. All participants expressed complaints on adaptation process in the new environment. The research results are based on oral data, as participants' feedback at the end of each session and at the end of the therapeutic process. At the end of the therapeutic process, the participants expressed an improvement in passing their conflicts, essentially a change in the prospect of situation assessment and good socialization skills that have contributed to the facilitation of the adaptation process. In the end, the participants are went by self-help skills, which will help to behave independently from the therapist.
