Description
This project proposal will address important issue on Facility and Engineering Building Management of Engineering Department on Government Buildings. In this context Engineering Department of MPA should be reorganization with reforms on some important issues of poor coordination between ministries and departments that are linked very much with Engineering Department and Building Management. Project proposal will start from defining the main goals and then discusses different problems which challenge Engineering Department especially on issue of Energy Efficiency and Building Management.
