Description
The main topic of this study is related to the aspect of water losses in the water supply system as a factor which threatens a sustainable and secure water supply as well as the security of Hidro region South, Malisheva. Therefore after an in-depth analysis of the losses, it has been concluded that they have a multifaceted function concerned with the development policies, management and maintanance of the system and particularly for the company called Hidro region.This sort of companies provide a wide range of services of minimal benefits, without the adequate technical staff , as well as without sustainable operation facilities and in areas which have an imbalanced pressure. The maintenance is frequently restricted because of inadequate financial resources. Due to fact it is implemented only the obligated interruptions in case of emergencies. Taking into account that for each m3 of water losses in the system, which brings forth adverse effects in the financial aspects. As a result this leads to uneconomical operations.
