Description
The proper reconstruction of sportive objects is one of the underlying factors for its sustainability and longvity. Effectiveness and quality of reconstruction entirely relies on the planning of the initial phase of designation. In addition the terms of reconstruction and utilization of the object is determined by the scale of damage and its long-term function. The rapid development of building, reconstruction of objects have an essential role in assuring a sustainable longvity of the object. However there are carried out in-depth researches that cope with the study of the reconstruction phase during the designation project in order to have a better control on the condition of the respective object and to determine whether the standard is acceptable or not. The entirety of this public buildings such as the stadiums and the buildings which are utilized by the whole public are valuable assets, and are build for long periods of time. Before 1990 and especially after the transition, the maintanance and reconstruction of buildings has been inadequate and almost inexistent. As a result of amortization and deterioration this buildings are no more capable of fulfilling their functions and are may be utilized only for a short period of time.
