Session
Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Environment
Description
Rapid growth of the cities, especially in Countries under the development as Kosova is, especially rapid growth of Prishtina during the after war period, was influenced by extension of the housing as main urban function based on different urban development conditions ( mostly without adequate urban planning, in some cases with adequate urban planning with low level of its implementation), all this with consequence’s on development of architectural projects especially on housing regarding shared spaces; not application of norms and standards on design, construction and application of adequate building and their maintenance too. With this study will be treated this problematic issue in collective housing units in Prishtina based on:
- Building entrance
- Vertical communication Horizontal communication
- Building urban surrounding
Those analyses will be based on context of: standardization, materialization, inventarization and their maintenance.
Keywords:
growth, rapid, shared spaces, standardization, inventarization, materialization, maintenance
