By application Lean Manufacturing Techniques, enterprises can eliminate wastes in the manufacturing system as well improve the effectiveness of the organization. According to the literature review and author investigation, the application of Lean Manufacturing Techniques in Kosovo’s enterprises is at a low level. Therefore, this investigation attempted to explore the main barriers in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing Techniques in Kosovo’s Industry. Analyses have been done based on questionnaires and interviews with experts and employees in enterprises that have implemented as well as enterprises that are in process of implementation of the lean model. Several problems have been highlighted and are categorized into six groups; knowledge, management, resource, conflicts, employee and financial.
