Description

Aim: In esthetic dentistry is important to analyze and compare the benefits of titanium, fiber and zirconium posts system and which biomechanical strength is more similar with real teeth. The posts systems were cemented in rooth canal of teeth with different types of cement.

Material and methods: For the research we used titanium, fiber and zirconium post and different types of cements. The posts were cemented in rooth canal and upgraded with nano composite cements.

Results: Fast and easy setting, suitable length and diameter of the posts, transparency and high module of elasticity are reducing fractures of endodontic treated teeth. Fiber posts are with similar elastic module like teeth dentin. Zirconium posts are with higher elastic modus which results with less fractures of the rooth canal.

Conclusion: titanium, fiber and zirconium posts are important for analyses fracture resistance of endodontic teeth and also important is which cement we used for the research.
