Description

Pristine, as the capital of the Republic of Kosovo, needs the management of vehicle traffic at a higher level of service compared to what it is today, that is, from service level G or H, where there are long lines of vehicles or rush hour traffic, it takes all day long to reach service level B or A, where long lines of vehicles would be eliminated, and the rush hour would be only in the morning or even in the evening. In order to change the level of road traffic service, it is necessary that within the first, second, and third zone, circular traffic with a one-way road, the arrangement of roads for traffic through radial, diagonal, tangential and combined methods
