With the development of technology, business communication has evolved significantly. The nowadays technology trends have been considered as a facilitating way in which many industries have increased the flexibility of communication. Therefore, the aim of this study is to emphasize the most recent technology trends that have an impact on how businesses apply their communication strategy. The methodology used for this paper is mainly based on secondary data analyses, from different verified resources related to the link between technology trends and business communications. This analyses approach aims to create a conceptual framework for future research and development of primary data analyses specifically in Kosovo and the region. The results indicate that especially with the impact of pandemic in the year 2020 businesses worldwide became more aware about the importance of technology effect on communication strategy. Hence, it is important to invest in ongoing trend development of technology that improve communication in the company and community. The results show that the communications styles are altering since of the remote work. Moreover, the devices used to communicate in different companies have changed, before the communication process was mainly based on one hardware device, usually PC and nowadays the communication process in based at least in minimum two to three devices.
