The vitamin D play pivotal role in children development, deficiency of vitamin D in pediatric children appeared to influence in skeletal development and immunity system. This paper show significance of vitamin D in airways system and genetic inheritance between children. Also, we have described influence of vitamin D between different race and gender in different people of the world.
