Vertical farms is a new and innovative, but very useful journey that will provide a new gateway to the start of architectural design, as well as helping you develop a strategic plan in the future, but before the idea is made, we must let's start from the concept, in this paper are intended new concepts of innovative living into our building and houses. New concepts of sustainability are a real challenge in our present days, what may we plan for a better future? By research we should take a count for current data and materials, as a starting point by creating concepts that directly impact our environment. By marking indicators, may be a benchmark of starting point, performance indicators allow comparing of anticipated and actual results, which aids in the management of providing services. The foundation for assessing and contrasting the performance of entities and the processes inside them is provided by performance indicators, which are pieces of data that are gathered on a regular basis to track the functioning of a system. Ecological indicators play also a key role, for development and integrating vertical farms into our houses, the main repeating component that we must take advantage of our resource’s and protecting our environment. The theoretical structure of collective living and living conditions are offered and emphasized by both the theory and practice of verticalization. It follows that aiming for ideal will be highly quantifiable but also relative. The transition is a intuitive process that balances social life and comfort through vertical building implementation. Methods of the realization of a vertical farm, still reaming’s debatable, by innovative and new standards, and its for open discussion, while flexibility is at our disposition, can be used to provide new ideas for society. The primary objective of this research is to compile and organize a few fundamental ideas before creating a structure, with contemporary materials and techniques. For every challenge, we must find closure!
