Description

Technology contains the application of methods and ideas in concrete processes and aspects in order to facilitate human life. As such, the development of technology also significantly affects the decision-making process. Decision-making is one of the most important human life processes. As such, people often find it difficult to make decisions. All human activity requires decision-making based on the simplest things of the day. Being a very complex process, individual but also common, decision-making has long been studied both theoretically and practically. Analysis of the complexity thatcharacterizes the decisionmaking focuses nowadays in many elements that compose it. In the logical sense, decision making can be considered an action of choice between several action alternatives. Decisions can be made intuitively or on the basis of reasoning and arguments, or on the basis of a combination of both. Today, decision-making is related to the processes of socioeconomic development and is distinguished by the behaviors that individuals or entities aim to achieve by making the right decision through policies and strategies that meet their needs and expectations. Seeing this as a process that is directly related to business development policies, digitalization and technologies that are being applied so vigorously today, with positive effects and quick results. Of course, this framework of decision-making analysis depends on the techniques that will be used, by the actors, and other factors that could significantly affect decisions. The step-by-step decision-making process help us to make more accurate and fair decisions, based on the information we have and their processing. This approach increases the chances of choosing the most satisfactory alternative possible. So, decision-making is the process of making choices by identifying a decision, gathering information, and evaluating the alternative expectations.
