In the age of advanced technology, particularly in the third millennium, digital marketing and artificial intelligence (AI) play a crucial role in transforming advertising methods and market development. The use of social networks, websites, and advertisements targeted by promoters and users has managed to create a very exclusive and attractive image for consumers in Kosovo as well. The online shopping experience and the presentation of products and services in a contained and appealing manner have made this component gain a more dispersed access in the Kosovo market. This paper examines the impact of these technologies on market development in Kosovo by analyzing key digital marketing techniques and the role of AI in optimizing these strategies. The paper will use a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods for data collection and analysis, including interviews with marketing managers and consumer surveys. This study aims to provide a deep understanding of the effectiveness and challenges of these technologies in the Kosovar market. The expected results indicate a significant improvement in marketing campaigns and the identification of opportunities for further enhancement.
