Description
The main purpose of this research is to identify postoperative complications in different patients at the University Clinical Center of Kosovo, the complications that appears more often and the most frequent side effects. The questionnaire was administered to 53 patients, as well as with structured questions in the form of options, the patients were asked questions from the form, 12h after the surgery. In this study we show that the use of spinal anesthesia can be associated with complications and side effects after surgery. In addition to complications such as; hypo- tension 2 hours after the operation, other side effects such as; headache, dizziness, pain at the injection site, vomiting 12 hours after the opera- tion. Based on the data during this research, we came to the conclusion that the use of spinal anesthesia has some complications that appear in some patients but not in all.
