Description

Human security considered a new conceptual development, necessary in the conditions of globalization, in the context of state, human and international relations. Human security took on special importance at the time when in 1994 it started to happen a new field of security studies as a sub-discipline of International Relations, with a wide range and deep and what it represents the degree of protection of human beings from all directions. Human security and the protection of lives, the health and everything valuable in the function of man, in everyday life are important, in the context of wars, crimes against humanity, armed conflicts, violent criminality, and even events of others that result in the loss of lives and their health and property. This paper, by giving the answer for the research question, how does 'human security' affect the life, health, happiness and well-being of people in the world today, and in our countries, Albania and Kosovo, in the world conflict situation seeks to argue the role, importance and responsibility it has on the one hand, human security and protection of human lives, and on the other hand, the role and problems created by states, countries, organizations, different interest groups, as well as their role and leadership in recreating greater security and support for and to people, with the aim of ensuring human lives, well-being and happiness. In the focus of this paper will be: introduction; the meaning and importance of the term 'human security'; human security, new field of study in the framework of security studies; human security and international insecurity; the role of leadership and the condition of ensuring human security in the current world situation; conclusions and recommendations
