Description

This research aims to examine the implementation of the process-oriented writing instruction in higher education institutions in Kosovo. It explores how this teaching approach can develop students as writers and their overall academic performance. This study analyzes the process-oriented approach in terms of its advantages and obstacles, with an objective to foreground as well how the framework can best be used in university courses. Through this approach, the learners are believed to acquire an awareness of the skills necessary for writing and the role classroom activities play in promoting their own writing abilities. The research also considers the constraints educators encounter in exercising this pedagogy within higher education in Kosovo. Ultimately, the work is aimed at determining best practices for integrating process-oriented writing in institutions of higher education that could potentially maximize student outcomes.
