In a world where time is precious and globalization is a continuous challenge for businesses and individuals, the efficiency and speed of shipping have gained a new significance. In today's society, technology has a significant impact on how we communicate and share information. In this context, the evolution of the express mail system has resulted in significant changes in how we send and receive orders. Therefore, the goal of this research is to look at and rediscover what is needed for such an advanced and effective system. Building such a system is essential for everyone who needs quick and dependable distribution services, including the business community and individuals. The aim of this work is to examine the challenges and opportunities that arise during the development and use of a system like express mail. With a focus on factors like security, speed, cost, and the system's effect on the social and societal community, we will provide a thorough analysis of the advantages and difficulties of such a system. All of these issues will be addressed by using technologies such as: ASP.Net Core for the back end, ReactJs for the front-end and Microsoft SQL Server for the database. As a result, the development of the express mail system will have a positive impact on the growth of the business community and society by facilitating the transportation of goods and reducing the time required for the exchange of information and orders.
