The research problem is expressed in the multifaceted question of the complexity of the manifestation forms of domestic violence against womens. The main research findings of the paper are mainly reflected in the scientific role and importance of research in valid planning in order to analyze the scientific knowledge of different forms of violence against women. The perpetrator of psychological, physical, sexual, economic and other forms of violence interferes with the personal integrity of the victim and limits his or her human potential, therefore a qualitative approach is used to achieve the research objective. The research enables us to obtain relevant knowledge with the help of scientific methods - scientific knowledge about the elements of social reality and the impact of different forms on violence against women. This paper contributes from the point of view of experts in the field of criminology, criminalistics, victimology, criminal law and other fields, who are engaged in researching the impact of the phenomena of domestic violence, especially that against women.
