This quantitative research study examines the crucial role that managerial support plays in influencing both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Data were collected through a thorough questionnaire from employees within the private sector in Kosova, small and medium- sized enterprises, at two phases in time through random sampling technique. It explores the various dimensions of managerial support and their direct and indirect impact on employee attitudes, motivations, behaviors and work performance. Through the data collected, this study provides insight into the significant impact of creating a supportive work environment and provides practical recommendations for managers to enhancing managerial support within the workplace, ultimately leading to increased job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
