Description

The housing of the future foresees suitable housing standards, which are flexible and adaptable for future generations as well. Sustainable housing, among other things, means sufficient surface area per capita and it is an important element of the quality of life. The study is based on the research of apartment units in the framework of apartment housing, in terms of floor areas. The results are derived from the comparison of the spatial standards of four European countries, which according to recent research are among the highest in Europe: Denmark, Sweden, Austria, and France.
