The purpose of this research is to examine the factors that may affect the handwriting difficulty.In order to carry out this research, the data have been collected by the students of International Maarif School of Kosova. The subjects that participated in this research were 36 pupils, 13 girls and 23 boys aged 7,8, 9 and 10 years old. In this research I used an inventory consisting of two sets. Set I has to do with the field of readability of handwriting and set II with handwriting mechanics. In the future we do not have students who have these difficulties suggesting that the student should have these elements involved during the handwriting. The main area is that of visual perception, processing visual information, motor-visual integration / eye coordination with muscles of the body.
