This paper aims at providing a close scrutiny of the methods which are concerned with the treatment of sewage and the condition of canalization system in the segment of Malishev. Obviously, among the utmost challanges is the the extension of the canalization system in order to better cope with the deposition of sewage and industrial waters in rivers and lakes. The national strategy concerned with water supply and canalization is a prerequisite for the further development of our country, improvement of the service related to the canalization system, as well as for fostering a sustainable financial development. Indeed the lack of a canalization system, and deposition of unfiltered waters in lakes directly affects the hygiene and public health. Canalizations have a great impact on environment, health economy and in the social welfare. Canalizations are regarded as the underlying infrastructure, as matter of fact the improvement of technical facilities and a sustainable financial development is of significant importance for the future.
