Description
The main task of personnel in the maintenance function is to ensure maximum availability of a productive unit with the least possible cost, so that eventually an acceptable economic effect. Resources maintenance functions consist of three elements: personnel, equipment and material. The efficiency function is determined by the way the staff can coordinate with the other two resources. In this paper we analysed the tasks of personnel in the maintenance of function, structure formation and training of personnel, and a description of how it works today in a KEK company. Analysis in this paper can serve Maintainer for critical review of its own maintenance function, as well as to improve them.
