Description

The purpose of this paper is the study of an underground spring water treatment activity without chlorine disinfectant. Based on the fact that chlorine and all other disinfectants during their use for water disinfection also have their negative sides. We have started the application of the water treatment method for the production of gas liquids without chemicals only with physical treatment methods also with reverse osmosis, microbiological filter and UW-Lamp and the collected water must remain in recycling all the time. After the exploitation of water from the underground source - well no. 5 with a depth of 60 m and a distance of about 1 km from the industrial facility, it comes to the facility through the pump and from there it goes directly to reverse osmosis, continues to the collection tank, passes through the microbiological filter UW-lamp and continues in Production. This treatment process, starting from the source to the final water, is monitored from a chemical-physical and microbiological point of view. The physico-chemical parameters that are measured every day are: pH, temperature, turbidity, conductivity, etc with instrumental and photometer methods. Microbiological parameters: the total number of bacteria and coliforms are tested in the treatment stages, while in the source water are tested: the total number of mesophilic, psychrophilic, coliformbacteria, P. Aeuroginosa and S. faecalis, with the filter membrane system. Analyzes are performed in accordance with the ISO 22000 and HACCP standards that the company has established, on the basis of the company's good practices. The application of this chemical-free water treatment method is of great importance and in our pilot project it has a positive effect and is giving us results. We think that this method should be used in all industries in order to remove chemicals, but in order to apply this method, the water catchment-water source must first be adjusted, that is, the sanitary areas should be adjusted.
