Description
Dental prosthetic rehabilitation has been a challenge in the contemporary dentistry, especially when implants are used in combination with dental prosthetic reconstructions. Depending on the health status of the patient, medical history and dental history a team of professionals must conduct the final decision on whether dental implants will be placed with attachments and overdenture or with fixed prosthetic constructions. The diagnosis, prognosis and follow up of the patients are conducted with the help of clinical and paraclinical examinations combined with the digital denta tools. As with many things in dentistry, there are many solutions for every situation depending on the personal experience of the dental therapist, the possibility to predict the outcome of the dental treatment which have to contribute to the health and satisfaction of the patient.
