Description

The Albanian language media in Kosovo developed more prominently after the Second World War. Prior to this time, we know only a few bilingual and trilingual publications, but which cannot be evaluated in the history of its development. This media developed in the conditions of a totalitarian system, with strict supervision and censorship by the state. In an environment with very low economic development, in a country with a very high rate of illiteracy and without a journalism school. The paper was conducted during a research process of media content in the totalitarian period, enriched with interviews of the protagonists of this content.
