The General Hospital in Peja, being an institution that provides services, is definitely subject to constant analysis, evaluation and criticism. When we add the fact that the services offered are of a specific and sensitive nature, such as health treatments and that the client of the hospital is a student, then this made the judgment very hurtful. The selection of the focus group - patients, pregnant women and pregnant women, had the purpose of researching whether this group and the context of pregnancy, preg- nancy protection, childbirth and child care in the first days of birth can have a tendency to evaluate the elements of The special feature is the good and friendly behavior of the personnel. The perception, as a result of all factors, subjective and objective, turns out to be very influential in the performance of the health institution.
