Anesthesia is a medical procedure used to deprive the patient from feeling pain during a surgical operation, medical procedure or just as pain treatment for chronic illness. Anesthetics drugs are essential for diagnostic or interventional purposes and surgical procedures ranging from minor to major interventions. This study aims to get real data from the surgery department and to analyze the types of anesthetics drugs used during the year 2022 at General Hospital in Ferizaj. Also important were the types of anesthesia used, where general anesthesia was the main method used for surgery followed by spinal anesthesia coming in second place.This paper summarizes data related to anesthetics for performing a surgical intervention that were done during 2022, at the Ferizaj Regional Hospital.
