The focus of the study is the impact of COVID-19 on the perception of anxiety. Health causes they have experienced. Perceived problems in mental health. The possibility of psychological assistance in the workplace. Questionnaires were developed with 177 teachers from 3 teachers for each school, with purposive sampling. The findings of this study demonstrate that a small part of teachers, namely (9.2%) have experienced a normal level of stress, while the majority of teachers (98%) have experienced a high level of stress, which is also confirmed by the focus groups with the leaders. Based on the results of the study, we find that COVID19 caused cardinal health problems for teachers, which are related to the level of stress and anxiety experienced at work during and after the pandemic. The recommendations of the study lead to the need for the design of support strategies for mental health by MAS as well as concrete initiatives to create suitable environments at work. Educational institutions should provide psychological support for the teacher. Education unions must do concrete work to ensure the mental health and safety of the teacher's life in the school premises.
