Through a theoretical and comparative research approach, the study examines the benefits and challenges faced by managers when integrating AI into their decision-making processes. The results indicate that AI contributes to increased operational efficiency, cost reduction, and improved quality of strategic decisions. However, the lack of technological literacy and ethical challenges remain barriers to the full adoption of AI in Albanian and regional businesses.
