Description

Property as a financial legal instrument in Kosovo is acquired in two ways: inherited and purchased, in this paper the focus will be on Property Management and its financial and legal effects.

Given that, the property and property rights are a sensitive and valuable topic for research, this paper is trying to clarify the basic acts of property-legal relations and its legal effects that are intertwined with its economic and financial management activities.

Knowing that property documentation often has a financial effect on the development and civil legal perception, this paper highlights the findings on shareholders’ facing challenges and property management by analyzing the relationships between property management quality and legal acts in advancing of economic status.

The methodology used in this paper are from the survey results of 205 entrepreneur’s respondents in Prishtina and Ferizaj area, owners’ of family businesses and also on secondary sources, obtained from the reports of relevant local and international institutions, noting the financial effect of property management on the investment climate report in Kosovo.
