The benefits of contracts are seen not only for the individual but also for the groups or entities as a whole. In this context, various studies have been done on the impact of contracts on successful business. Despite the fact that contracts are legal agreements entered in writing, between one or more operators whose object is the supply of goods, performance of works or services, in accordance with applicable laws, everyone who is involved in the process of contract management, is a creator of good work practice, especially because there are no similar situations, because not everything can be ideally regulated in positive legal provisions, correct principles must be applied in order for both parties in the procedure, but also the general public, to have a positive outlook, and strong belief in the process.
