Description
The study explores the essential aspects of pizzeria maintenance and the dough production process that are critical to ensuring quality pizza production. The main goal is to evaluate current maintenance practices and analyze their impact on dough quality. Using a combination of observational methods and staff interviews, key maintenance issues were identified, including equipment maintenance and cleanliness. Additionally, the dough making procedure was examined to highlight best practices that lead to improved end product quality. The findings show that regular maintenance not only increases operational efficiency but also contributes significantly to dough quality consistency. Study underlines the importance of integrating effective maintenance strategies within pizzeria operations, ultimately aiming to increase customer satisfaction and product excellence. always on the lookout for businesses, preventing mistakes and irregularities that could endanger the health of customers, but this also effects the company’s profit
