Description
The exploitation of the stylistic figures in the media in the written media is quite popular and important, but through different figures, who express their opinions, they are contributory both in terms of meaning and logic, as well as in terms of content and diplomacy. The stylistics of language studies the art of language and its expansion with public communication, as well as social and professional activity; it also plays a particularly important role in the means of mass communication, as well as in the media in general. Language and communication are the main element and component to form and communicate through expressed thoughts. "Language serves to shape and communicate thoughts. To fulfill this role, it has a system of tools (sounds, morphemes, words, forms) and rules for their strings (for the construction of words, phrases and sentences). The use of stylistic figures is an art in itself, but also quite fruitful. In this study, we will present some analyzes in terms of style, as well as some portals and newspapers already online, which operate in Kosovo, as a sample. The essential figures used are: Comparison, personification, antithesis, hyperbole, decrease (litota), grotesque, symbol, as well as figures of speech and expression such as: metaphor, irony, sarcasm, paradox, epithet, allegory, etc.
